As CEO of my company, I can tell you that our IT guy has all the answers. He got my email back up and running by telling me to "reboot". Tell me that's not a professional.

Most internal IT guys that I've known don't wear sweater vests. they wear trench coats, pistols strapped to their ankles and are worried about big brother.

I'm not that fat, and for the record it only took me 15 minutes to create a 4 page static site. The remaining 12 years was spent building an infrastructure and dealing with corporate bureaucracy to scale to the 15 users that occasionally visit it.

You just don't understand IT guys' genius. My IT guy developed a program to forward my company email to my personal email account. He said I had to buy him a new Mac, but it still only took him 2 months!! Now THAT is user friendly.
